Colorado Born.
Athlete Driven.
About Us
Thin Air Athlete was founded in Colorado by father and son Jose and Avery from a shared love of sports and a belief that effort matters.
What started as an idea between a dad who has spent more than 20 years building brands in sports and a seven-year-old who loves to compete became a youth athletic lifestyle brand inspired by the place they call home.
Thin Air Athlete blends sport, style and Colorado culture to create apparel young athletes are proud to wear, from practice and game day to school and everywhere in between.
Staying true to its mantra, “Elevated by Effort,” Thin Air Athlete celebrates the kids who put in the work, compete hard and understand that effort is something they can always control.
Giving back has been part of the brand from the beginning. 10% of every purchase supports youth sports access across Colorado, helping more kids experience the opportunities, friendships and confidence that come through sports.
Above all, Thin Air Athlete is about representing where you’re from, putting in the work and inspiring the next generation of athletes.
